GYM EVALUATION
HEAVY METAL ATHLETIC evaluates every Gym.
Evaluation covers the following divisions:
Equipment
Service
Security and Safety
Barrier Free Access
Design
For each division Evaluation Points are given.
1.: "F" = less than 50 points (fail)
2.: "D" = 50 ... 66 points (sufficient)
D- = 50 ... 54 | D = 55 ... 61 | D+ = 62 ... 66
3.: "C" = 67 ... 80 points (fair)
C- = 67 ... 70 | C = 71 ... 76 | C+ = 77 ... 80
4.: "B" = 81 ... 91 points (good)
B- = 81 ... 83 | B = 84 ... 87 | B+ = 88 ... 91
5.: "A" = 92 ... 99 points (very good)
A- = 92 + 93 | A = 94 ... 97 | A+ = 98 + 99
6.: "A++" = 100 points (excellent)
If a gym reaches an "A" degree in a division extra points can be given.
Extra points are void if a gym reaches less than 75 points in one division.
If a gym reached 100 points for every demand up to 10 extra reward points can be earned.
A gym can only charge the Evaluation Point Result Value (e.g. 70 points = 70% of the base fee) in relation to the Base Fee! This does not apply for "A" rated very good gyms. It does not necessarily apply for "B" gyms. "C" rated gyms permanently require at least 75 points in each division for optionally not having applied the devaluation.
"A+" rated excellent gyms may apply a small surcharge for being excellent.
The DESIGN is the least important division. But it can pave the way to heaven or hell. If a gym rates 66/67 or 80/81 or 91/92 points a superior design pushes the value up. A crappy design pushes the value down.
A total rating below 50 points makes it even worse. The number is squared (e.g. 452) leading to a much lower fee to be applied!
Old devices alone do not necessarily lead to low results. The equipment (even if used by President Eisenhower himself) must be safe and secure and in best condition available.
PERSONAL TRAINING:
