Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - from nine to five we are sitting, sitting, sitting. This is not very healthy. We normally don't move, we don't walk. We are driving from home to the office at 8 am and back home after 5 pm while sitting in the car. This sums up to 10, 11 hours daily. We have breakfast, lunch, and dinner while sitting. After dinner we sit to do home administrative work like online banking, YouTube, Facebook. Then we watch TV - sitting. The body has nothing to do. We degrade over time. So have a workout before or after work time or take a longer lunch break and have your workout at noon.
On weekends we might go outdoors: Climbing. Running. Biking. Worst case will be sick leave on Monday. Ouch!
No wonder that we are weak and have health issues at age 40, 50, 60. When we retire at 65 most desktop workers feel like 95 and lost lots of muscle mass. The magic wand to retain that powerful tissue is USING the muscles all life long! Werner Kieser from Switzerland (18 OCT 1940 - 19 MAY 2021) did it. He worked out until May 18, 2021 aged 80 years and 7 months. From curl to coffin in hours. Kieser's motto was 'Our muscles take us through life'. Absolutely true. We cannot guarantee a century in health on Earth. Your lean and strong body makes you feel as if you were 40 with 80.
A 45-minute full body workout every other day makes you feel training on CLOUD NINE.
